Why eat a steak on a regular old plate when you could have your Angus beef steaks sizzle right before your eyes on a volcanic rock? Black Rock Bar + Grill is coming to Coral Springs to deliver just that type of experience.

According to a plan review filing with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, the chain will be planing its next location at 2554 N University Drive. In the Royal University Plaza shopping center, Black Rock will neighbor eateries like Ocean One Bar and Grille, Smoothie King and Jimmy John’s.

According to the brand’s website, the new location is denoted with “coming soon.” Paul Samson, who is behind the filing, has not returned What Now’s requests for comment. When the concept will open is unknown.

Black Rock Bar + Grill was founded in Michigan in 2010, and since then, they have expanded to nearly 20 locations. The concept is to bring guests their steaks while they sizzle on a 755℉ volcanic black rock.
