The retail center on the northeast corner of the intersection between Powerline Road and Southwest 18th Street in Boca Raton appears to be adding another restaurant to its culinary roster. According to a recently submitted plan review, Beluga House Waterfront Restaurant is in the works at 6909 SW 18th Street Building 3.

The restaurant is registered to Alexandre Asadzadeh, owner of JuiceBerry, a restaurant in Boynton Beach offering “wonderful soups, wraps, melts, salads, even quesadillas that will pleasantly surprise you with such taste that you will not find anywhere else,” according to the JuicyBerry website’s About page.

What Now reached out to Asadzadeh on Thursday to inquire about plans for Beluga House Waterfront Restaurant. Asadzadeh was not immediately available for comment.

Much therefore remains unknown about the restaurant project at Powerline and 18th. Opening there, Beluga House would join a food and drink community that includes Chloe’s Bistro, Rafina Greek Taverna, Rise Sushi, and BurgerFi.
