The retail center on the northeast corner of Northeast Spanish River Boulevard and Dixie Highway in Boca Raton looks to be about to welcome a new grill-focused restaurant into its retail and restaurant community. Recently submitted plan review paperwork shows Grill Place opening at 165 NE Spanish River Blvd.
Behind the planned restaurant is Grill Place, LLC. What Now reached out on Monday to co-owner Rus Greenbaum to inquire about plans for Grill Place. Greenbaum was not immediately available to discuss news of the opening.
This leaves us guessing for the moment about Grill Place’s menu offerings. Another sign comes in the form of a previous name for the company: Boca Kosher Grill LLC. Expect a meat-focused kosher menu.
Opening in the Spanish River Boulevard-Dixie Highway retail center, Grill Place will join a food and beverage community that includes restaurants like Talia’s Tuscan Table, Third Place Coffee Lounge, Mi Casita Mexican, and Çitir Döner.
