Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants has set the date. Their opening date that is. According to a Craigslist Phoenix posting, the winery and restaurant is currently hiring most positions for their September 2021 opening on W Chandler Blvd.
Cooper’s Hawk has over 40 locations nationwide; the Chandler brick-and-mortar is the newest AZ development for the company. “Chandler, AZ will be our first expansion in the market. Our Scottsdale location opened in December 2020. The next closest locations we have our located in Missouri – Kansas City and Town and Country,” Erin Vainer, Senior Marketing Specialist at Cooper’s Hawk tells What Now Phoenix.
Not only does the Cooper’s Hawk experience present guests with scratch kitchen meals curated by Executive Chef Matt McMillin, you can also indulge in an array of award-winning wines produced by the Illinoi-based winery. “When it comes to wine, our goal is to be approachable and help educate. We create our own wines and have 50+ varietals available – red, white, sparkling, sweet, fruit – something for everyone. Each month, we offer a new wine tasting experience in our Napa-style tasting room for guests to enjoy,” Vainer adds.
Oh, and in the meantime you can always join Cooper’s Hawk wine club, which is the largest in the country. So what are you waiting for? Sounds like a happy hour indeed.
