7 Leaves Cafe, the coffee, tea, and boba shop based out of California with locations in Nevada, Texas, and Georgia, is getting ready to re-enter the Arizona market with a new site coming to Phoenix at 702 W. Osborn Rd.
Following nearly two years of development, 7 Leaves Cafe is ready to enter Arizona. Previously, What Now Phoenix reported on the company making its debut in the former home of Central Phoenix’s Burger Factory after serving the area for over twenty years. Now, the corporate-owned location is back on track, according to a company representative, and is expected to open in October 2023. The company still plans to renovate Burger Factory’s old brick-and-mortar and keep the drive-thru, a concept seen at several other locations.
Co-owner Sonny Nguyen and his six co-founders opened their first shop in a tiny corner plaza in Little Saigon before eventually expanding to over 40 locations in four, soon to be five, states. The company, which recently launched a franchise program, doesn’t plan on stopping anytime soon. A representative from 7 Leaves Cafe tells What Now Phoenix the company is planning to open a 43rd location in Lynwood, CA, in May 2023 in the former home of Church’s Chicken.
“While most people come to enjoy our drinks, we try to enhance that experience with the warm and welcoming ambiance of our store,” according to the company’s website. “We focus on using natural elements to remind ourselves of our connection with the Earth, without sacrificing modern style. Our linear setup helps us maintain a simplistic, yet clean and attractive design. We arrange our seating to cater to the community’s needs, whether it be to study or to meet up with friends.”
