Rosenberg residents are in for a treat as Tacos La Bala prepares to open its newest location at 1622 Minonite Rd. Co-Owner Alejandra Gonzalez confirmed the expansion, marking the family-owned chain’s 10th store in the greater Houston area. Known for its authentic Mexican street food and welcoming atmosphere, Tacos La Bala has become a local favorite since its inception.
This new location will carry the same concept that their customers know and love, Gonzalez told What Now Houston, who co-owns the Rosenberg location with her brother. The chain, which currently has nine other locations in operation, prides itself on its family-run roots. Its menu has a range from breakfast and regular taco options as well as tortas and burritos. All can be paired with their Horchata to drink it down with.
A dedicated website and socials are supposed to be in the works for this location, according to Gonzalez.
The new Minonite Road outpost is set to open as early as February or March 2025, pending final preparations and construction. Residents can look forward to enjoying the vibrant flavors that have made Tacos La Bala a household name across Houston.
