Located in the heart of Temecula Wine Country, at 35871 Rancho California Rd., is a new establishment that the local community is excited about. Jordan Parker Winery was announced as a concept on Instagram recently and received big buzz.

“We appreciate your patience as we have been busy preparing to open our doors! We are a small family-owned and operated winery focused on delivering quality estate wines and exceptional service. We are just a few short weeks away from sharing this labor of love with you all!” an Instagram post from early January reads.

Founded by Laura Paulk and overseen by her husband Jerry Alfred Paulk, the venture is named after their son Jordan Parker, a viticulturist. The company’s website explains how the Paulks, who previously owned a sparkling wine brand, acquired a vineyard in 2013 and broke ground on the estate in 2022.

Phase one of the project was recently completed: building a tasting and retail area with an outdoor patio. It is listed as a Class II winery, totaling 4,944 square feet on 11.6 acres. The business is in the process of hiring and applied for a liquor license in December, records show.
