According to a recently submitted alcohol license application, Enzo Rosano, the restaurateur behind the Locanda restaurant chain, plans to debut a new eatery in San Jose.

Coming to 1346 Lincoln Avenue, Locanda Ischia will land near establishments such as Arepas Latin Cuisine, Pizza My Heart, and Siena Bistro.

In a previous interview, Rosano told What Now San Francisco, “Each of our restaurants has its own identity. We work with really talented chefs that like to bring their own flavor.”

In line with existing locations in Brentwood, Campbell, Danville, LaFayette, Livermore, and Pleasanton, Locanda Ischia will be open for lunch and dinner and brunch will be offered on weekend mornings.

“I want everyone to feel at home, comfortable — they can come for a glass of wine and an appetizer or come for dinner, all are welcome,” said Rosano.

An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
