Justin Norvell, National Director of Operations, aims to open Topgolf Memphis in late 2023 on a site currently under construction at 3450 S. Germantown Road.
Topgolf brings the outdoors in with food, drink, and of course, golf, all in a climate-controlled environment for year-round fun.
The $16 million venue is expected to provide 300 jobs to the surrounding community. It will be 40 feet tall, with 26,750 square feet on the first floor and 22,926 square feet on the second floor, featuring 72 outdoor hitting bays and two bars.
Despite being the fourth Topgolf in Tennessee, the nearest one is still some 200 miles away.
Norvell tells What Now Memphis it’s too early to say who will take top spot as executive chef or what the local flavor will include. Nevertheless, it’s sure to live up to Topgolf standards.
Known for its unique sports bar eats, Topgolf features local brews and fresh ingredients to create a chef-driven menu. Classic American fare including burgers and wings, paired with exclusive treats like Injectable Donut Holes, raise the fun factor and attract corporate team-building groups as often as date night couples and family outings.
