Chase Hudson, owner of the first Scooter’s Coffee to break ground in Memphis, has snagged a prime spot at Malco Crossing and Riverdale Rd.
The new site is in the growing Hickory Trace Commons area, where new development is underway.
Scooter’s Coffee was founded in 1998 in Bellevue, Nebraska, and prides itself on only roasting from the top 10% of specialty coffee beans in the world. The name Scooter’s comes from the quick service that gets customers scooting in and out and on their way in a hurry.
The menu features a wide range of coffee beverages, all of which can be requested hot, iced or blended, as well as teas, smoothies and food. The ever-changing selection varies with seasonal flavors, limited-time offerings, and celebration drinks. Fan favorites include the Caramelicious signature drink, the Maple Waffle Sandwich, and Red Velvet Cake Bites.
A subscription service is also available to order coffee for brewing at home.
