Shoo Loong Kạn Hotpot is bringing hot pot soups to a new Dallas location in the second quarter of this year, Mo Liang, Senior Vice President and Regional Director of Venturing Group told What Now Dallas.

The first location will come to 300 N Greenville Ave #16 in Richardson, followed by another at 2540 Old Denton Road in Carrollton. These are part of a large expansion for the chain, with the website listing eight locations as “coming soon.” 

Shoo Loong Kạn translates literally as “Little Dragon Ridge”, a place in Chongqing, China resembling a dragon. According to the website, the hotpot shop has “dedicated itself to providing customers with hot pot soup bases with genuine flavors, fresh and healthy ingredients and a diverse and innovative array of products.”
