Restaurant Khun Nye Thai will join the newly constructed space at 1640 W Frontier Parkway sometime this fall according to a recent filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
No website, menu, or social channels are currently available for the new restaurant, but according to the filing it will be operated by previous Banh Mi Boys franchisees.
Though the menu has not yet been released, customers can guess at the combination of traditional Thai elements that will be offered at the spot, like Thai curries, coconut milk-based sauces, Pad Thai and bold, spicy, and sweet combinations that have grown in popularity in the area, and with good reason.
Khun Nye Thai will neighbor Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids and Swig, the increasingly popular drink shop. Customers can watch for the new Thai spot in the newly constructed shopping center around October or November of this year.
