Lululemon is preparing to open a new store at the Henderson Avenue development in Dallas, adding to its presence in the North Texas market. The activewear retailer will occupy 5,267 square feet in the mixed-use project near Sam Edelman, according to the Dallas Business Journal. An exact address and opening date for the new store have not been announced.
The Henderson Avenue location will join Lululemon’s existing Dallas-area stores at NorthPark Center, Galleria Dallas and Knox Street, the publication noted. The new space will give shoppers another place to find the brand’s athletic apparel and accessories.
The store is part of a larger retail and dining district being developed by 3-O Real Estate Partners, formerly known as Ignite-Rebees. Construction began in October 2024, and co-founder Mark Masinter said the project remains on track for delivery in mid-November. Most retailers are expected to open in March or April 2027, although some could debut earlier, according to the Dallas Business Journal.
The development was initially designed to span 161,000 square feet across 10 buildings along a quarter-mile stretch between Glencoe Street and McMillan Avenue. The project has since grown to 12 buildings, with nearly 25,000 additional square feet of retail space expected over the next 24 months. That expansion will bring the development to approximately 186,000 square feet, Masinter said.
The publication also reported that the project is about 85% leased across its retail and restaurant spaces. With Lululemon among the confirmed tenants, the Henderson Avenue development is taking shape as another shopping and dining destination in East Dallas.
