Parry’s Pizzeria & Taphouse is preparing to open at 1565 Mayfield Road in Grand Prairie, according to a project filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
The filing shows plans for a 5,803-square-foot restaurant and a 1,055-square-foot covered patio. The project’s total area is 6,858 square feet. The filing estimates construction costs at $3 million. Construction is scheduled to begin January 27, 2027, and finish July 15.
Parry’s opened its first restaurant in Parker, Colorado, in 2007. The chain now operates about 30 locations across Colorado, Texas, Arizona, and Nevada.
The chain serves New York-style pizza, wings, pasta, and craft beer. Catering is available for parties and other group gatherings.
The company has not announced an expected opening date. What Now Dallas reached out to Parry’s but did not hear back by the time of this publication.
