Haraz Coffee House is working on another opening in Dallas. According to a recently filed permit with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the new Dallas Haraz Coffee House is expected to open in Frisco at Parkway Towne Crossing, 11288 Legacy Drive.
The permit further states that construction on the new Haraz Coffee House is set to begin next month and wrap up by February 2027. If permitting goes smoothly and the estimated $100,000 construction project stays on track, the new Haraz Coffee House should open by early spring 2027.
At the helm of the opening is Dallas franchisee Mohd Swalha, who has been listed on multiple permits for cafes in the region. What Now Dallas reached out to Swalha to find out more about the upcoming expansion. Unfortunately, we did not hear back by the time of this publication.
“Shop authentic Yemeni coffee, catering, premium blends, machines, and expert courses,” the Haraz Coffee House website reads.
“Expanding horizons, one location at a time. With a rising monthly growth rate and a growing portfolio of signed locations, we’re brewing success and bringing our passion to more communities every day.”

Haraz Coffee House has grown rapidly since it opened in Dearborn, MI, in 2021, according to its website. Reports in late 2025 indicate around 20-26 operating locations across several states (MI, TX, FL, CA, NC, IL) and plans for significant expansion, aiming for over 150 Haraz Coffee House locations soon, with hundreds more in development, bringing Yemeni coffee culture to the U.S. Founded by Nasser, the brand specializes in authentic Yemeni coffee, chai, pistachio lattes, and traditional pastries.
The luxury coffee brand sources its beans from Yemen, considered the world’s coffee capital.
There are now 62 open Haraz Coffee House locations, with more than 185 additional locations in the pipeline.
