Elephante is in the works for 2323 Cedar Springs Road. According to a recent filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the restaurant will complete finish-out by summer of 2025.
Operated by Wish You Were Here Group, Elephante serves “light coastal Italian cuisine with cocktails inspired by the eccentric flavors of the Mediterranean.”
The new location will likely mirror the existing LA spot, with its clean, coastal vibe intended to transport guests to the Southern Mediterranean with “stunning ocean views and dramatic sunsets.” While the Dallas spot might not boast the ocean views, the vibe will remain the same as the restaurant serves classic fresh fare for lunch, brunch, and all day enjoyment.
The menu includes small plates like Whipped Eggplant or Mascarpone & Prosecco Arancini, an assortment of salads, and mains like Diver Scallops, Branzino, Polenta & Mushrooms, and pastas like Fusilli Pesto, Spicy Vodka, Gemelli said ink pasta and Mlatagliata. The menu also includes pizzas, and Italian desserts like Chocolate Torte, Pavolova, and Affogato.
