The owners of Chill-n-Grill, the Southern-style bar and grill, are launching a new sports bar concept at North Charleston’s Gas Lite Square called Skybox. The new restaurant is scheduled to open by the second week of January.
“Skybox will be a traditional sports bar with a completely different footprint than Chill-n-Grill. We’ll have 40 TVs and serve ballpark-style items,” owner Michael Thomas told What Now Charleston.
Skybox’s menu will include traditional American cuisine like nachos, burgers, hot dogs, sausages, as well as a full bar. Prices will range between $15-$30.
Thomas also mentioned that a new Chill-n-Grill is in the works for Foxbank, a master-planned community in Moncks Corner, with an opening date slated for next May.
