Dulce Churros Ice Cream + Cocktails will soon open its second location in the developing One Nexton retail center at 1288 Nexton Pkwy in Summerville, courtesy of owner Yesenia Leon. Other tenants for the center include Jersey Mike’s, Catrina’s Cantina, Woodhaven Pizza, and Naan Appetit.
Leon, who also co-owns Viva Tacos & Tequila in Daniel Island alongside her brother Alfonso, brings a wealth of experience to the table, having grown up in a family deeply entrenched in the restaurant industry.
Following the success of its flagship outpost in Mt. Pleasant, which opened just over a year ago in March 2023, Dulce is poised to bring a unique blend of desserts and libations to the area. From a tempting selection of churros, ice cream, milkshakes, and creative cocktails to an assortment of coffee and tea beverages, Dulce’s offerings are sure to satisfy every sweet craving.
In addition to the sweet treats, guests can savor a variety of heartier options, including salads, açaí bowls, charcuterie bites, crepes, flatbreads, pizzas, burritos, and selections specifically tailored for kids—all within a vibey and Instagram-ready space.
