A new Italian eatery is making its way to Old Town Bluffton at 132 Bluffton Rd Suite 100, nestled in a newly constructed building. Joelle is scheduled to open its doors soon, in the spring of 2024.

Led by co-founders and husband-and-wife duo Robert and Breana DeLeo, the eatery will bring modern Italian fare to the area. Robert, shaped by his upbringing in New York’s vibrant food scene, brings a wealth of culinary expertise to this venture.

The DeLeos have long harbored the dream of opening an Italian restaurant that pays homage to their roots. This aspiration was reignited following the arrival of their first daughter, Joelle, after whom the eatery is affectionately named.

Chef Brandon Torre, who boasts an illustrious career at esteemed establishments such as the Ritz-Carlton, The Omni Hotel, The Westin Hotel, and most recently, Colleton River Club in Bluffton, will take charge in the kitchen as Executive Chef. Expect a meticulously crafted menu, featuring wood-fired pizzas, handcrafted pastas, and innovative interpretations on cherished Italian classics, all crafted with fresh, scratch-made ingredients.

Stay tuned for updates on the grand opening by following Joelle on Facebook and Instagram, and don’t forget to subscribe to the eatery’s newsletter.
