Swig & Swine BBQ is getting ready to open its sixth location at 547 Reid Hill Rd in Moncks Corner. The eatery has rapidly grown since its establishment in 2013, with open venues in West Ashley, Summerville, Mount Pleasant, inside of Commonhouse Aleworks in North Charleston, and, most recently, in Myrtle Beach.
Although an official opening date has not been announced yet, owner and pitmaster Anthony DiBernardo is actively seeking new team members for the upcoming locale. Open interviews will be conducted at the restaurant on Wednesday and Thursday, March 20th and 21st, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
“Come join our amazing team and help us continue our mission of serving the best barbecue we can with genuine hospitality,” he stated in a recent Facebook post.
In addition to BBQ plates and sandwiches, Swig & Swine serves wings, various by-the-pound meats, ribs, appetizers, salads, sides, desserts, a $72 family platter, and tailgate packages. The establishment also boasts an extensive selection of cocktails, whiskey, and beers, as well as an assortment of wines and non-alcoholic beverages.
