Dutch Bros Coffee is adding a second location in Thornton. According to the City of Thornton Economic Development Office, the second Thornton Dutch Bros Coffee will open near 138th Ave. and Colorado Blvd.

“Broistas” create and serve more than 10,000 drink combinations including coffees, cold brews, real fruit smoothies, teas, frosts, and more. Goodies include a variety of flavorful muffin tops and granola bars.

Dutch Bros Coffee first opened in Oregon in 1992. There are now about three dozen Dutch Bros Coffee locations across the state of Colorado including the original Thornton location at 41 W. 84th Ave. and in Colorado Springs, Denver, and Fort Collins.

The brand is in full swing to add more spots across the country including on W. Alameda Ave. in Denver in early 2023, in Arvada and Wheat Ridge, and in other states such as Arizona, Oklahoma, and Texas. There’s no word, yet, on when the second Thornton location will open to the public.
