It appears as though Hop Alley is planning an expansion at its RiNo location on Larimer St. The restaurant will expand into an adjacent space, according to City of Denver permitting information.
Minor structural work would have to be completed on the adjacent space, which previously served as an office. The renovated space near the restaurant’s location at 3500 Larimer St. in Denver will include dining seating and an expansion to a commercial kitchen.
Hop Alley offers Chinese cuisine from Cumin Lamb Buns and Beijing Duck Roll to Chilled Tofu and Turnip Cake. Fried rice, dumplings, noodles, and fried wontons are also available to hungry guests. Beer, wine, and cocktails are also available.
Tommy Lee is the chef behind the Hop Alley concept and sister concept, Uncle Ramen. Lee did not return What Now Denver’s request for comment on the possible expansion. There is no word on when the expansion might be completed.
