If you want to slow down a bit and recharge, well Coba Bathhouse is planning an indoor-outdoor wellness destination near Osage Street and West Colfax Avenue in Denver.
Coba Bathhouse is expected to open in 2027. The project will span more than 43,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space across roughly one acre in the La Alma-Lincoln Park neighborhood.
Coba plans 13 different bathing and thermal experiences, including mineral soaking pools, cold plunges, high-heat and herbal steam saunas. A rain room, float pool, heated stone slabs and snow experience are also among the plans – according to the Fitt Insider.
The experience will extend beyond the water, with gardens and spaces where visitors can relax and gather. Coba also plans wellness treatments, classes, live music and community events as part of the concept.
The project is led by co-founders Jon Medina and Memphis Orion, who are looking to create a space centered around relaxation, connection and social well-being. Medina comes from a background in experiential design and immersive architecture, while Orion’s experience includes engineering, construction and real estate.
