Getting a new piercing is often a milestone, whether it’s a child’s first pair of earrings or another addition to a carefully curated ear stack. Rowan is preparing to bring its nurse-led piercing experience to FlatIron Crossing, adding a new jewelry and personal-care concept to the Broomfield shopping center.
The studio is planned for 1 W. FlatIron Crossing Drive, Suite 1048, in Broomfield. FlatIron Crossing lists Rowan as an upcoming retailer, with an opening expected in fall 2026. The studio’s own website currently lists its hours as coming soon.
Rowan takes a clinical approach to ear piercing, with all piercings performed by licensed nurses. The company was founded by Louisa Serene Schneider after she struggled to find an option that combined medical standards with a more welcoming experience when looking for a place to pierce her daughter’s ears.
The brand aims to make piercing feel less intimidating while maintaining a focus on hygiene, jewelry quality and aftercare. Its studios offer services for children and adults, with piercing options depending on age, placement and the method used.
At the FlatIron Crossing location, customers will be able to explore Rowan’s piercing services and jewelry collection once the studio opens. The company offers both needle and device piercing, with the appropriate method determined by the customer’s age, desired placement and jewelry preference.
Its jewelry range includes titanium, sterling silver and gold options, including 14-karat solid gold and gold-plated styles. The company emphasizes hypoallergenic materials and offers aftercare products and guidance to help customers look after new piercings as they heal.
Rowan’s services extend beyond standard earlobe piercings. Depending on eligibility and placement, customers can choose cartilage piercings such as the helix, conch, tragus and forward helix. The brand also offers jewelry changes and complimentary aftercare evaluations.
The upcoming studio will join a range of fashion, beauty and lifestyle retailers at FlatIron Crossing, which has continued to add new brands to its lineup.
Rowan welcomes walk-ins at its studios, although appointments are encouraged. Specific opening hours and an official launch date for the FlatIron Crossing location have not yet been announced.
