Mini golf, cocktails and a night out with friends are coming together under one roof in Denver. Tipsy Putt is preparing to open in Lower Downtown, bringing its indoor golf games, full bar and restaurant to a new location on Blake Street.
The family-owned brand is targeting a late 2026 opening at 1755 Blake Street, Suite 125. The Denver venue will mark Tipsy Putt’s first location outside California, where the company currently operates four venues.
Founded by husband-and-wife team Brandon and Jenny Robinson, the concept is designed to bring people together through games, food and drinks in a relaxed setting. The couple has visited Colorado over the years and sees Denver as a natural fit for the brand.
“We’re delighted to be opening Tipsy Putt in Denver, a place that means so much to both of us,” Jenny Robinson said. “We’re intimately familiar with Colorado’s passion for adventure and interactive experiences, and we think Tipsy Putt Denver will bring even more energy to this already vibrant community. We can’t wait to be a gathering place to celebrate life’s special moments, whether it’s date night, an office holiday party or just spending time together in an engaging way.”
The 12,500-square-foot space will offer several ways to play, starting with an indoor nine-hole mini golf course designed with Denver in mind. Guests can also try 1-2 Putt, the company’s own tabletop game that combines elements of mini golf and shuffleboard. Cornhole and classic board games will round out the entertainment, while TVs and a DJ booth add to the atmosphere.
Food and drinks will be a major part of the experience. The menu is expected to feature casual, shareable dishes such as tacos, nachos, flatbreads, wings, burgers and salads. A full bar will serve craft cocktails alongside a beer selection focused exclusively on local offerings.
The menu will also include vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options, as well as zero-proof cocktails and nonalcoholic beer.
“Our ethos has always been ‘why choose between fun and a great dining experience when you can have it all in one place?’” said Brandon Robinson. “Our Denver location will combine golf-focused entertainment with thoughtfully sourced, high-quality food and drink offerings.”
Tipsy Putt’s arrival also adds another entertainment option to LoDo, a downtown neighborhood known for its restaurants, bars and nightlife. The building’s owner, Unico Properties, sees the venue as a welcome addition to the area.
“The opportunity to bring the first Tipsy Putt to Denver and to 1755 Blake is incredibly exciting for the building and for the vibrant and thriving neighborhood,” said Charlie Floberg, vice president and market leader of Unico Properties LLC. “LoDo is one of Denver’s most dynamic and active areas, offering access to some of the best that Denver has to offer. This is the perfect place for Tipsy Putt to expand its presence outside of California, and Tipsy Putt Denver will further elevate both the building and the flourishing neighborhood that continues to grow at a rapid rate.”
Beyond casual visits, the venue will cater to groups looking for a place to host celebrations and corporate events. Private event spaces will accommodate groups of 10 to 150 guests, with customizable packages, catering and dedicated event support. The company also plans to host league nights, trivia and other community activities.
For regular visitors, a membership program will offer unlimited mini golf and 1-2 Putt at Tipsy Putt locations nationwide, along with merchandise and beverage discounts and passes for friends.
