Golfers in the Denver Tech Center will soon have a new place to work on their swing without having to head out to the course. The Swing Bays is preparing to open a new indoor golf facility in Greenwood Village, combining simulator technology, coaching and social activities under one roof.

The upcoming location is planned for 5650 DTC Parkway, Suite 100, Greenwood Village, CO 80111. According to the company’s website, the Denver Tech Center location is expected to open in late 2026, with memberships and booking information to be announced ahead of the launch.

The Swing Bays offers an indoor training environment designed for golfers who want to improve their game throughout the year. The Denver Tech Center facility is expected to feature four golf simulator bays equipped with TrackMan technology, which allows players to analyze their shots and track performance data while practicing indoors.

Beyond simulator sessions, the business plans to offer instruction from PGA coaches, full-swing and short-game practice areas, club fitting and repair services. Its approach also extends to golf-specific fitness, with programs focused on movement, conditioning and helping players build strength and flexibility.

The company also incorporates nutrition guidance, coaching and mentoring into its broader training offering. The aim is to give golfers access to more than a place to hit balls, with services designed to support different aspects of their game.

The Swing Bays is also planning to make the facility a place to spend time with other golfers. Its programming includes tournaments, social events and activities, creating opportunities for players to meet, practice and compete. Private events are also part of the planned offering. The brand’s existing location in Parker serves as a model for its approach, bringing together indoor golf practice, instruction, club services and a community for players looking to develop their skills.

The Denver Tech Center expansion is being led by owner Darryl Jones, whose interest in golf grew after his three children left for college. As he spent more time taking lessons and playing, he discovered The Swing Bays and the community built around regular practice and improvement. He is now bringing that experience to the Denver Tech Center.

Located in Greenwood Village, the new facility will serve golfers looking for a year-round place to practice, receive instruction or connect with other players, regardless of the weather outside.

The Swing Bays is targeting a late 2026 opening. The company has not yet announced a specific launch date, and membership details for the Denver Tech Center location are still forthcoming.
