A new P.F. Chang’s coming to 8260 Northfield Blvd. has received the green light from the city to move forward with the project. Documents reveal a building permit was approved last month and the health department sent out an approval letter on May 24.

With the news of permit approvals, the company has now changed the website to say “opening soon”. Representatives for The Shops at Northfield center told What Now Denver that it will be open by the end of the year.

This P.F. Chang’s location is taking over the massive property that was once home to Cowboys Saloon American Bar & Grill and Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar & Grill, but most recently has served as a Spirit Halloween.

Permits show the space will need remodeling, and that the interior is about 5,626 square feet. There will not need to be any renovations to the exterior of the building, according to records.
