In a unique move to refresh, Texas Roadhouse is gearing up for a move, but a minor one. Confirming recent rumors circulating, Communications Manager Amanda Norton told What Now Denver the business is relocating to 2380 S Blackhawk St.

The site is just 500 feet from the current establishment. It houses the former Ajuua building, which Texas Roadhouse wished to demolish and construct a 9,301-square-foot restaurant with a drive-through.

The new location, positioned in the same mixed-use development as the current place, aims to accommodate up to 350 guests. The anticipated final permits are expected by May 6, marking the beginning of the demolition phase, followed by construction.

“Our guests in Aurora love a great steak. With the demand we’ve had, we are relocating to offer more seating, and a larger dining room. We are excited about this new location and our ability to feed more guests,” Norton said.
