According to recently filed permits, a new Mexican restaurant will join the upcoming Residence Inn by Marriott opening in MetroCenter at 261 French Landing Drive next spring. The restaurant will have an address of 261 Venture Circle.
An exact opening timeline is currently unknown, though Q2 of 2024 is noted as the projected timeframe.
Garatachea Restaurant comes from owner David Caratachea, who tells What Now Nashville that his restaurant will be a tenant of the upcoming hotel, operated by Kal Patel, President of Imagine Hospitality. Though many of the details about the upcoming restaurant are unknown, it’s likely to serve a variety of authentic Mexcian cuisine ranging from tacos to carnitas and is also expected to serve a full bar and curated cocktail list.
Caratachea could not divulge additional details about the concept, but did confirm the name of the establishment. Permits note the contractor of the project is Bobby Huffine of Huffine First Service and will require $280,000 for the complete interior buildout.
