Sonoritas Prime Tacos appears to be ready for expansion.
In a liquor license filed with the state, Sonoritas has plans to open an on-sale general eating place in downtown Los Angeles. It will also do catering.
Rated number one on LA Weekly’s list of the best tacos in the city, Sonritas Prime Tacos can already be found at 2004 Sawtelle Blvd. Its new location will be across from the Staples Center.
Sonoritas believes its food should be prepared with nothing less than the best. Its salsas and dishes are all made from scratch and made with only seasonal, local, and organic ingredients.
Some of the restaurant’s prime tacos include the rib-eye, filet mignon, and BBQ short rib, and all its corn tortillas are homemade.
