The newly designed 106,000-square-foot Encino Courtyard has completed its transformation at 17401 Ventura Boulevard at Andasol Avenue after nearly two years of renovations. With its completion, six of its big-name tenants will begin opening their doors in the next few months in 2021, following technology solutions provider Spectrum which was the first to open in May. Among the near-future openings will be Blaze Pizza, The Kebab Shop, Planet Fitness, Pressed, Shake Shack, and Target.
