Gott’s Roadside, a Napa Valley staple, is coming to Los Angeles. An opening date and location is still under wraps. “Gott’s looks forward to opening in L.A. next year, but specifics are confidential at this time,” shares a representative for the business.

Gott’s – originally known as Taylor’s Automatic Refresher – was founded by brothers Joel and Duncan Gott in St. Helena in 1999. The establishment is recognized as a James Beard America’s Classic and is known for its modern approach to California-inspired dishes.

Menu items include the California Burger with a fried egg, Zoe’s bacon, and balsamic onions; Ahi Poke Crispy Tacos with sushi grade Ahi tuna; Chicken Schnitzel Sandwich with harissa and turmeric spiced mayos; Chicken Kale Caesar; and hand-spun organic shakes.

Gott’s is committed to sourcing its ingredients and offerings from local vendors, and includes a California-centric list of wines and beers. It currently has eight open locations throughout California.

UPDATE: A previous version of this story said Gott’s Roadside was coming to Downtown Santa Moncia per a blog post on santamonica.gov. However, a representative has told What Now Los Angeles that they are scouting locations throughout L.A. and have not settled on an exact spot yet.
