You know that feeling when you enjoy something so much that you can’t wait to share it with everyone around you? That’s the exact feeling cousins Bhagyesh and Lay Patel have about eggs. And in 2018, EggHolic was born.

EggHolic was founded by the duo as a celebration and outlet for their love for Indian-style eggs. The fast casual eatery specializes in transporting guests with unique and authentic flavors that are specific to the style of Indian street food, offering a true representation of their favorite dishes using only the freshest ingredients (the spotlight being eggs).

The fast-casual menu includes street food Indian classics like cheese katori, samosa chaat, surti gotalo, amdavadi touch, curries, egg bhurji, boiled kheemo, and much more.

The coming soon Burlington location is also set to be joined by an additional Massachusetts spot in Shrewsbury in the near future. Details surrounding Burlington’s EggHolic are in the early stages of emerging.

What Now Boston has connected with Lay Patel who has confirmed there is “no fix date for the opening but we are hoping to be open in the month of November.”
