The Boston food scene is about to get more laid back with the arrival of Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville. The famed eatery is finally arriving at Faneuil Hall this fall and will be serving up all of its surf and turf delights.
The restaurant acts as a little slice paradise and as the embodiment of the celebrated hit “Margaritaville” by the man, the myth, the late legend Buffet himself. For those without any understanding of what to expect at the tropical-inspired destination, guests can enjoy an array of fruity-flavored margaritas, seafood, themed appetizers, and of course, the Double Cheeseburger in Paradise (inspired by another hit by the musician).
According to the Faneuil Hall landing page, the restaurant is listed now as a “coming soon” vendor and will join the class of other new tenants including Naughty Waffle, Boston Halal, FoMu and KongDong.
What Now Boston has reached out to Margaritaville Boston’s general manager Jeremy Ward for comment regarding an official opening date. This article will be updated as details are confirmed.
