Hobson’s Bar & Kitchen is Landing in Allston

The eatery will occupy the former Pizzeria Regina space on Cambridge Street

According to an official posting by the Boston Licensing Board, Doug Bacon’s newest restaurant will be arriving in Allston and is named Hobson’s Bar & Kitchen. The concept will be landing at the 353 Cambridge Street address which used to be home to the now closed Pizzeria Regina.

Bacon is the founder of Red Paint Hospitality Group and Hobson’s will join the existing family of restaurants which include The Kenmore, Harry’s Bar & Grill, and Hopewell Bar & Kitchen.

Neighboring spots to this new eatery include Lulu’s Allston, O’Brien’s Pub, Kaju Korean Cuisine, and Seoul Jangteo.

Upon reaching out for comment regarding the menu and an opening timeline, What Now Boston received a prompt response from Bacon saying he would be able to share more detailed information starting next week. This article will be updated as soon as comment is received.
