A French patisserie will soon replace an Asian snack spot in North Quincy.

Niveaux Pâtisserie is set to open at 406 Hancock St, taking over the current YoCha location. The timeline for YoCha’s closure, or whether it will relocate, remains uncertain.

Niveaux Pâtisserie will offer a variety of artisanal French pastries and coffee, as highlighted in multiple social media posts. Ming Cao, a partner at local restaurant group JP Fuji Group, described the venture on Instagram:

With a touch of Parisian elegance and a dash of local charm, we’re crafting a unique experience for all who cherish the art of fine baking. Stay tuned for a taste of our passion, baked into every bite. 🥐☕️

It looks like the patisserie will be managed by a new restaurant group called Zhan Group, owned by Ming Cao, Jimmy Liang, and Tony Liang, all of whom are partners at JP Fuji Group. YoCha is a JP Fuji Group establishment.

Niveaux Pâtisserie is currently hiring passionate pastry chefs and baristas in anticipation of its debut later this summer. Interested applicants are encouraged to email info@thezhangroup.com.
