A well-established steak institution is getting a brand new home in Virginia. Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is being erected from the ground up in Richmond.

The post shows a basic framework and explains that the construction company is hard at work building Fleming’s new Richmond location. It further states that the steakhouse will span 7,696 square feet and will have space to accommodate up to 216 visitors.
Neither a specific address nor an opening timeline is presently available for Fleming’s new location. However, considerable work remains to be done before the restaurant is ready to serve customers and it seems likely the eatery will not be opening before 2027.
Founded in 1998, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine has perfected its approach to the two titular options. The chain now has more than 70 locations open across 26 states and São Paulo.
