It looks like Plymouth shoppers will soon have a new destination for discounted designer brands and everyday essentials.

Nordstrom Rack, the off-price retail division of Nordstrom, Inc., is opening a new location at 242 Colony Place in the Colony Place retail center, according to a recent Facebook update from DLC Management Corp., which owns and manages the property located at the intersection of Routes 3 and 44.

“Designed by NWS Architects and built by Renovo Construction, this project showcases the power of an integrated platform, from identifying the opportunity to delivering the finished product,” DLC Management Corp. shared in its announcement. “We can’t wait to welcome Nordstrom Rack to Colony Place this fall, just in time for the holiday shopping season to begin!”

Spanning approximately 27,000 square feet, the new Nordstrom Rack will offer shoppers the brand’s signature mix of discounted fashion, footwear, beauty products, accessories, and home goods. Customers can expect savings of up to 70% off on-trend styles from many of the top brands carried at Nordstrom stores.

According to a press release, the Plymouth location will also offer convenient core services such as online order pickup for Nordstrom.com and NordstromRack.com, easy returns, and alterations.

Today, Nordstrom, Inc. operates two full-line Nordstrom department stores and seven Nordstrom Rack discount stores throughout Massachusetts, supporting more than 800 jobs statewide.

The Plymouth store is currently under construction and is expected to celebrate its grand opening on September 3, 2026, according to Nordstrom Rack’s website. Once complete, the retailer will open between La-Z-Boy and ALDI at the Colony Place.
