New Vietnamese Coffee and Boba Tea Spot to Open in Alexandria

The location is currently undergoing repairs as it prepares to open its doors for guests.

Bloom Tea will be joining other boba tea locations in the area, including a nearby spot called Pho Nam.

Bloom Tea, a Vietnamese coffee and boba tea, is set to open in Alexandria, joining several similar concepts in the area, including a nearby spot called Pho Nam at 606 King Street. 

The new Vietnamese shop, located at 425 S. Washington Street, is owned by Thoa Uyen Than, who told ALXnow that an opening date for Bloom Tea hadn’t been set yet.

Bloom Tea filed an application with the Board of Architectural Review to repair some windows and add new signage at the location. 

Bloom Tea owner Thoa Uyen Than didn’t respond to What Now DC for comment.
