Forty Carrots will soon take up residence at the Bloomingdale’s University Village located at 2604 NE University Village St.

Forty Carrots is known for its healthy menu and cafe vibes at various Bloomingdale’s locations across the nation. But after 35 years since it began in New York City, Seattle’s University Village will soon be privy to their frozen yogurt, cold and hot beverage options, smoothies, fresh-squeezed juices, and a vast array of salads and sandwiches. Some have alcohol available to purchase for 21-and-up customers, but we cannot confirm at this time if it’ll be available at this location.

According to the plans What Now Seattle pulled from the city, it does shows a quaint dining area holding a capacity of 15 that will be located on the Ground Floor of Bloomingdale’s University Village.

No representatives for Bloomingdale’s or University Village were available for comment as of Wednesday.
