According to a recent permit filing, Browne Family Vineyards has filed for an off-site tasting room at 411 1st Avenue S STE 103-A.
A representative of Browne Family Vineyards was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Seattle’s request.
While an official opening date and what Browne Family Vineyards plans for this new location have yet to be confirmed, according to the company website, “Noted wine entrepreneur Andrew Browne founded Browne Family Vineyards as a tribute to his family and to honor his late grandfather, mentor, veteran, and community stalwart, William Bitner Browne.”

Listed on the permit filing to be behind Browne Family Vineyards is Precept Wines LLC. The company website for Precept states, “Seattle-based Precept Wine & Spirits is the largest privately held wine and spirits producer in the Pacific Northwest. Founded in 2003 by Andrew Browne and Dan Baty, the company’s wines and spirits have garnered more than 1,100 combined best buys and critical scores exceeding 90 points.”
