Pikeld Concepts is bringing a new cocktail spot to the market.

Demure Cocktail Lounge is heading to the former Library Cafe space at 1319 Sixth Ave N., which Pikeld purchased in November, according to reporting by the Nashville Business Journal.

The “creative cocktail experience” is expected to open this spring, according to the Pikeld Concepts website. It will serve as “a Victorian-era haven of sophistication, where opulent décor, intricate woodwork and a curated cocktail menu invite you to savor the elegance of a bygone era,” the website states.

The concept will be inspired by the 1960s, with a mixture of modern and vintage elements. The design of the space will include wood paneling, geometric wallpaper, vintage sconces and chandeliers and a dark wood bar.

The cocktail selection will include both modern and classic options that will align with the 1960s-inspired design.

“Whether you’re sinking into a low-slung leather armchair or mingling at the bar, Demure Cocktail Lounge invites you to embrace the timeless allure of mid-century modern design, where every detail has been thoughtfully chosen to evoke an era of effortless glamour and charm,” the website states.

Dean Marsh and Steve Barone are behind Pikeld Concepts, which is dedicated to bringing cocktail experiences and speakeasy concepts to customers. Its first concept, Amendment 18 Cocktail Club, opened in Franklin in 2021.

What Now Nashville briefly connected with Marsh, who confirmed the concept but was unable to immediately provide further details.
