Industry 13 Karaoke & Bar could not get good results in an inspection test by the SNHD on April 2. However, before this, the karaoke-based food facility had given a decent performance with an ‘A’ grade in the routine inspection on March 27, 2024.

Violations Noted At Industry 13 Karaoke & Bar
The SNHD ordered the closure after citing multiple violations for Industry 13 Karaoke & Bar. Its inspection report on April 2 stated that the karaoke bar did not have a potable/hot water supply on its premises.
Inspectors also found that food items at this Las Vegas eatery were either contaminated or adulterated. The SNHD officials added in their report that chemicals were not kept in the right place in Industry 13 Karaoke & Bar.
Sanitization-related problems were also emphasized in the inspection report for the Las Vegas food facility. Inspectors have asked to keep food equipment surfaces clean and sanitized at Industry 13 Karaoke & Bar.
