Boom Bang Fine Foods & Cocktails is working on its second Las Vegas Valley opening. According to a City of Las Vegas permit, the American brasserie with French, Mexican, and global influences is planning to open its second location in Downtown Las Vegas at 70 E Bonneville Ave.
The address belongs to the Las Vegas Civic Center & Plaza, which houses the Vegas Chamber and government offices in the downtown Las Vegas building.
What Now Las Vegas briefly chatted with co-owner Elia Aboumrad, who confirmed the opening. Unfortunately, Aboumrad was unable to share further details by the time of this publication.
“Designed with craveability, value and quality as the core tenets, the menu is aimed at driving a repeat clientele of local residents, as well as enticing visiting foodies,” the Boom Bang Fine Food and Cocktails website reads.
“BOOM BANG has a menu of approachable favorites infused with flavors and techniques from the chef’s diverse background.”
The neighborhood American brasserie and bar is currently located at 75 S. Valle Verde Drive in Henderson. Founded by Chef Aboumrad-Page, a Joël Robuchon alum and Top Chef veteran, Christian Page, and Tony Angotti, the restaurant delivers elevated comfort food with French-inspired flair, seasonal vegetable-forward dishes, and a creative cocktail program in a stylish, retro-desert setting.
“We pride ourselves in providing a service to our guests where they feel comfortable, almost at home, while still having an upscale dining experience,” the Boom Bang Fine Food and Cocktails website reads.
Check it out for yourself when the new Boom Bang Fine Food and Cocktails opens in Downtown Las Vegas at 70 E Bonneville Ave later this year.
No word just yet on when exactly the new location will open. But we’re sure as we inch closer towards opening that more will be revealed. So keep your eyes peeled and your ears perked for the latest.
