Everhaus is set to bring something exciting, fresh, and healthy to the Las Vegas Valley. According to a press release from the city’s first-ever private health and lifestyle club, Everhaus is expected to open in Spring Valley at 276 S Buffalo Dr

The commercial land/property parcel located in the Sovana / Enterprise / Spring Valley area of southwest Las Vegas (near the 215 Beltway and Blue Diamond Rd) is home to upcoming wellness and health developments like Everhaus and Aerwell. Nearby major retail options include the Arroyo area and the commercial plazas off Buffalo Drive and the 215.

Built for a city known for hospitality and intensity, Everhaus offers a deliberate counterpoint rooted in structure, consistency, and long-term commitment. Designed to integrate seamlessly into the daily rhythms of its members’ lives, Everhaus supports sustained guidance rather than short-term solutions.

Founded by Las Vegas native, entrepreneur, and endurance athlete Justin Hibbert, Everhaus is designed as a singular, integrated environment that brings together personalized proactive care, ritual-based movement, advanced therapeutic modalities, and meaningful human connection within one thoughtfully designed space. It is the first concept of its kind in Las Vegas.

“Everhaus was built for individuals who hold themselves to a higher standard,” Hibbert said in the press release.

“By integrating proactive care, movement, and restorative practices into one intentional environment, we’ve created a new benchmark for how health can be experienced in Las Vegas.”

What Now Las Vegas briefly spoke with Hibbert, who excitedly confirmed the opening. Unfortunately, Hibbert was unable to share further details by the time of this publication.

“More than a symbol, the Everhaus Key represents access,” the Everhaus website reads.

“At its face are three interlocking E’s. The Everwheel. A continuous form that reflects how Everhaus is built. Ethos. Environment. Elements. Together, they form a complete system shaping how members live, move, connect, and evolve over time. The Everwheel is not merely our crest. It is the mark of those who choose Life, Forever.”

Everhaus is guided by eight foundational elements that shape the member experience: assessment, movement, light, oxygen, infusion, contrast, touch, and society. Together, they form a structured system that supports clarity, strength, restoration, and connection — helping members live healthier, more intentional lives.

“Everhaus is built to live within our members’ daily rhythm,” Hibbert said in the release.

“Through intentional design and personalized guidance, we remove the mental load of managing health — allowing members to show up consistently and confidently invest in their long-term vitality.”

Further details regarding membership opportunities, pricing, and opening timelines will be announced ahead of the Fall debut.
