EoS Fitness is on the move to get Nevada and its visitors moving! The Texas-based gym continues to increase its footprint across the Valley, and according to the brand’s website, a new gym is slated to come to East Las Vegas this year. A “coming soon” page on the brand’s website for the new East Las Vegas location shows that the new EoS Fitness is expected to open in Sunrise within the Charleston Square shopping center at 4480 E Charleston Blvd.
The page has the gym’s opening date listed as winter 2026.
What Now Las Vegas reached out to the Director of Retail Operations, Catherine Sowards, to find out more details about the upcoming opening. Unfortunately, we did not hear back by the time of this publication.
“Not all gym equipment is created equal. At EōS, we bring you only the best the industry has to offer to ensure the best workout experience possible,” the EoS website reads.
“Cycling classes, strength training and cardio, dance and Zumba®, yoga and Pilates classes, water aerobics and even Les Mills classes. EōS class options are unstoppable, and so are you.”
EōS Fitness was founded in 2014 after a private equity firm acquired a large regional portfolio of Gold’s Gym locations in the Southwest and rebranded them under a new “High Value. Low Price. (HVLP)” model. The entity that formed the foundation of EōS was initially a major Gold’s Gym area developer in Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Southern California, with operations kicking off in 2015.
For years, the company was backed by private equity firm BRS & Co, which rebranded the gyms to EōS (named after the Greek goddess of the dawn) to signify a new era in fitness. In mid-2025, the major private equity firm TSG Consumer Partners (known for investments in Planet Fitness and Dutch Bros) acquired EōS Fitness in a deal valuing the budget gym chain at roughly $1.5 billion. Today, the company is headquartered in Dallas, Texas, with well more 175 locations operating or planned nationwide.
EōS expanded rapidly across the Sunbelt and Western U.S., focusing on large-format spaces (40,000+ square feet) equipped with modern amenities.
There are now more than 225 E0S Fitness locations open or planned across the United States, with 20 in Nevada.
EoS Fitness is anticipated to open in Sunrise within the Charleston Square shopping center at 4480 E Charleston Blvd this winter.
