Establishment, a new 1845-style lounge located at 3167 Peachtree Road, will celebrate its official grand opening Tuesday night at 10PM.

Brandon Lewis, lounge owner, told What Now Atlanta in an interview Monday he has created a destination that pays tribute to “Buckhead’s founder,” Henry Irby.

“I’m a big history buff,” Lewis said.

“As I traveled the world, I found that everyone knew Atlanta because of Buckhead. It was their version of Rodeo Drive or Times Square. There are certain bars that lend themselves to the area; our finding is that Buckhead did not have one. We feel that we’re that choice.”

The 2,000-square-foot establishment (pun intended), features historic reclaimed barwood and oak as well as cobblestone floors sourced from Savannah. The venue also features rotating wall art and historic Atlanta relics.

“We have the first known map of Paces Ferry Road. We are a happy hour destination, an intellectual conversation place and a phenomenal place for corporate events.”

Establishment is open Monday through Saturday from 6PM – 2AM, according to the lounge’s Facebook page.
