A new Caribbean restaurant is coming soon to Brookhaven.

Jerk’s Caribbean Grill is planned for 705 Town Boulevard. The fast-casual eatery will “offer an exciting blend of vibrant flavors and fresh ingredients,” according to the website.

The restaurant is a new concept from Chef Robert Gayle, the owner of a contemporary Caribbean restaurant in Sandy Springs called Chef Rob’s Cafe & Bar. The menu includes seafood, salads, wings, pasta and more.

Originally from Jamaica, Gayle got his degree from The Culinary Institute of America in 1993. Chef Rob’s Cafe & Bar, originally called Chef Rob’s Caribbean Café, opened in 2006.

Jerk’s Caribbean Grill will be located in Town Brookhaven in a space previously occupied by Urban Wok. Town Brookhaven is a mixed-use development with more than 460,000 square feet of shops, services and restaurants, as well as luxury residences.
