Buckhead Atlanta’s leasing efforts are sustaining momentum.
OliverMcMillan, the mixed-use project’s developer, Wednesday announced five new tenants for the development (What Now Atlanta previously broke the news of two merchants included in today’s announcement.)
Hot of the presses:
- Billy Reid, a men’s and woman’s clothier, will open a 2,104-square-foot boutique on Bolling Way in summer, the brand’s second location in Atlanta.
- Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery, a home fixtures retailer, will open its 13,183-square-foot showroom on Bolling Way this summer.
- Les Copains will introduce its French-inspired, Italian-made luxury apparel to Buckhead Atlanta at its very first U.S. shop, a 933-square-foot store located on Bolling Way.
Previously announced on WNA but included in Wednesday’s announcement:
- Davidoff of Geneva since 1911, a retailer of handcrafted cigars, tobacco products and accessories, will open its first freestanding Atlanta store, a 3,047-square-foot shop on Bolling Way this spring.
- Vilebrequin, a swimwear retailer, will open its first Atlanta location, a 827-square-foot store on Buckhead Ave. this summer.
We’re going to have to start calling Buckhead Atlanta “Little Paris”…….
