The quick-serve healthy seafood restaurant Ceviche Co. Xpress is slated to open in the Sugarloaf Walk mixed-use development in Duluth.

Ceviche, operating in a 1,144-square-foot space next to a Cell Phone Repair store, is owned by Elsy Brown. The restaurant is at least one of two incoming tenants for the development including Jinya which is expected to open in Sugarloaf Walk in early 2021.

Brown opened Atlantic Seafood in Gwinnett county in 1997, where she operated for 12 years before closing in 2009.

Brown will bring health and nutritious seafood-only options to the Duluth community including ceviches, seafood cocktails, seafood salads, sandwiches, and “her unique shrimp rice,” the Sugarloaf Walk website reads.

The restaurant joins a handful of businesses already opened in the newly-added 30,000 square feet of restaurant, service tenant, and retail space in Sugarloaf Walk, including Knuckies Hoggies, Elan Beauty, White Windmill, and Wings N Burgers. The development also includes 302 apartment units on the floors above its retail space.
